FRONT UNWRAPPED 2025

Front launched Front Unwrapped as its end-of-year campaign to announce new product updates and improvements. It aimed to reinforce Front’s reputation as an AI innovator that puts humans at the center, drive product awareness, and delight customers and reinforce trust by showcasing how customer feedback directly informed the most requested features. A series of videos highlighed customer feedback before unveiling the delivered feature, which was promoted across various channels.
